Job Summary
The community division of Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our newly forming Float team. Float physicians are not responsible for attributed patients; rather, this flexible, dynamic role offers short-term panel management coverage for clinicians on leave and patients without established care. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians who thrive on caring for diverse patient populations across a variety of practice settings.
