Certified Surgical Technician position at Massachusetts General Hospital
Majority Weekend shifts
Contract length : 13 weeks
Job Requirements
NBSTA required unless candidate can provide CST employment since 2012
Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification required within 30 days of start date
Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity required
Must have documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date
Physician Statement signed by MD / DO / NP / PA required within 365 days of start date
Upload attestation indicating date completed and findings for background checks
Additional Details
AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military certifications preferred for BLS
N95 fit testing must be completed within 365 days of start date and updated annually
COVID-19 vaccination required with no exemptions considered
Flu vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15th - April 30th)
