This is a part-time on-site role for a Gymnastics Coach located in Leominster, MA. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for coaching gymnastics and tumbling sessions, developing and implementing training programs, monitoring athletes' progress, and providing constructive feedback. The coach will also ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and maintain a positive and encouraging environment.
- Skills in Gymnastics and Tumbling
- Coaching and Sports Coaching experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- CPR and First Aid certification are a plus
- Prior experience working with children and young athletes is an advantage
- Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications are beneficial
