**Position: Behavioral Health Clinician**
- Overview:** This hybrid/remote role requires working one week per month at the Flagstaff Care Center. The clinician will focus on patient-centered care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address mental health needs and support overall wellness goals.
- Provide brief behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques.
- Assess patient care using biopsychosocial models and screening instruments.
- Consult and train primary care team members on mental health and behavioral medicine.
- Utilize electronic health records for communication and tracking patient outcomes.
- Facilitate treatment plan adjustments and referrals as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and clinic operations.
- Master's degree in a relevant field and Arizona state independent license.
- Minimum 2 years of behavioral health service experience.

- Experience in integrated care systems and knowledge of psychosocial treatments.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach.
