Essential Duties
- Oversee occupational therapy care by COTA for residents, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of therapy principles, payer documentation, and treatment precautions.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and ensure accurate billing.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and maintain professional relationships.
- Engage in continuous survey readiness and participate in clinical program development.
- Supervise COTA staff and indirectly oversee other therapy personnel.
CERTIFICATIONS: Occupational Therapist Licensure required.
