Hospice Weekend Support RN - Macon and Surrounding Counties

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and supervise LPNs and Hospice Aides in delivering care to clients. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, and collaboration with healthcare providers. The role requires 4-6 patient visits daily, with potential admissions based on patient needs.
