Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with office staff for patient intake and paperwork
• Maintain open communication with patients and home health agencies
• Collaborate with Lead Physical Therapist for patient management
• Provide in-home therapy, education, and detailed documentation
• Attend team meetings as needed
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current Ohio PTA License
• Ability to travel to patients' homes
• Strong communication skills
• Home healthcare experience preferred
