Physical Therapist (PT)

We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment for full-time Physical Therapists. New graduates are welcome, with mentorship programs available. Join a network of 200 Skilled Nursing Facilities with in-house therapy programs and supportive teams.

• Provide direct rehab care in physical therapy per physician referral.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current state license.
• One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
• Participate in community health projects and maintain professional relationships.
• Follow treatment plans, set goals, and oversee care provided by support staff.
