Essential Functions
- Respond to changes in patient conditions and foster a positive work environment.
- Participate in patient assessments and care plan modifications.
- Administer medications and ensure safety practices are followed.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
- Maintain confidentiality and participate in staff orientation.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a current RN license in Oklahoma.
- 3 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in LTAC, Critical Care, or ICU.
Must possess visual and auditory abilities to perform job duties effectively.
