SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, School of Engineering , for the Hood Pediatric Innovation Hub will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a high-profile, interdisciplinary Pediatric Innovation Program, working directly with the Executive Director and faculty co-lead; serving as the key point of contact for Innovation stakeholders, Network members and innovators, ensuring the successful execution of activities that align with the Hub’s goals and objectives; managing Network relations; supporting faculty and industry partnerships; organizing key events, symposia and workshops; overseeing the administration of grant programs; contributing to the strategic development of the hub’s long-term goals and collaborating with the faculty co-lead and the Executive Director to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and ensure that the Hub’s activities align with academic and research priorities.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering or related field; a minimum of five years of experience working in partnership management, client relations, operations, or project management; proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software and tools, and Kuali Coeus; and experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting; robust project management skills; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; a proven track record in managing complex programs or initiatives; and ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and manage stakeholder expectations to achieve the overall success of the consortium.
