OVERVIEW:
The primary responsibility of the HRIS Analyst will be to support the existing HRIS system in our business. This position will work collaboratively with the HR team and other functions to implement and create additional functionality of the HRIS system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee administration of the UKG system and processes to include best practice of system setup; oversee correction work when required with related action, and drive consistent practice.
Provide day-to-day system support for UKG, Reporting, and Data Analytics.
Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to define business requirements, develop custom reports and build appropriate reporting and metrics.
Establish and maintain user system access, roles and permissions.
Lead data validation activities including analysis and documentation.
Monitor vendor interfaces, including integration points, interface processing, error identification and resolution.
Build controls into the system to allow for auditing and other sustainability activities.
Implement business processes that are designed for a simple end user experience and minimized errors.
Ensure user ease of adoption through change management activities.
Collaborate with other team members to review training and change management needs with all projects.
Facilitate system training and communication as needed.
Lead projects including leading meetings, providing regular project updates, and adhering to project deadlines.
Oversee systems integrations, advanced troubleshooting and research/design of changes.
All other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIY:
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Five (5) years of progressive HR experience
1 years of HRIS experience, UKG experience preferred
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables and lookup functions) required
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Completion of specialized HRIS certification or training a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
