Oversee preventative maintenance program for approximately 300,000 SF of Class A Life Science Space, including tenant work order requests, contractor management, and operations.
Rotating on-call schedule. Parking available onsite.
3 years of building operations / engineering experience preferred.
Willing and eager to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
5) - 8 hour shifts M-F, start / end time negotiable.
