With a commitment to sustainability and operational excellence, you align organizational priorities with broader environmental and societal needs, creating lasting value and progress.What you will do : Lead the development and execution of climate, environment, and resilience policies, fostering a culture of minimizing climate risk and aligning with clean energy goals.Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders to align efforts, build partnerships, and integrate climate goals with state, federal, and international priorities.Build relationships and engage employees, EJ communities, and advocacy groups through strong communication, negotiation, and training.Oversee a skilled team, manage resources and budgets, and implement technologies to achieve sustainability and resilience objectives.WHAT YOU OFFER Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, business administration, or related field, with 10 years of executive-level experience in Climate or Resiliency.Expertise in strategic planning, data analytics, and sustainability reporting, including carbon accounting and greenhouse gas inventorying.Knowledge of Climate best practices, Massachusetts environmental regulations, and project management, with preferred certifications like PMP or LEED AP.Proven leadership in building diverse teams, managing budgets, and securing funding for climate initiatives.WHAT WE OFFER Collaboration with colleagues at all levels of leadership from all different disciplines, from Aviation to Maritime and beyond.
