Part-Time Test Proctor

Please note this is a non-benefited, part-time (20 hours/week)

General Statement of Duties:

Academic Resources seeks two qualified proctors who will each work 20 hours/week between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Administer testing for students with accommodations for reduced distractions
• Schedule testing, receive and secure exams from faculty, return tests to faculty
• Liaise with Associate Dean of Academic Resources to discuss accommodations
• Enter data in Accudemia as needed
• Assist with Accuplacer placement testing (involves occasional Saturdays in spring)
• Participate in other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to use Google Suite (Excel, Sheets, etc.) and general facility with technology
• Willingness and ability to learn Accudemia and other software programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with MMA and its mission
• Familiarity with academic accommodations in higher education
