Key Responsibilities
- Serve as right hand to Board members and C-suite - managing meetings, records, and special projects.
- Own customer-facing communications - maintaining web portals, email lists, and public notices.
- Bring ideas to life - develop polished PowerPoint presentations using MMWEC branding.
- Streamline operations - assist with record management and document notarization.
- Be our institutional knowledge hub - managing records across Engineering, Accounting, IT and more.
- 3-5 years' experience in executive/admin support (public sector a plus).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), PDF editing, and Teams/Zoom; Canva or similar graphic design programs a plus.
- Web maintenance experience (uploading documents updating directories, calendars).
- Discretion with confidential information and notary public certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Superb organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
