Responsibilities
(35%) Financial Analysis Support & Planning:
- Contribute to collection and organization of financial data for reports.
- Prepare spreadsheets and assist with updating financial models.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with follow-up items.
- Support database updates related to financial or compliance data.
- Assist with Member outreach for data gathering or report sharing.
- Help with cash position reviews and financial reconciliations.
- Perform financial analysis under guidance.
- Assist with tracking and processing payments and fund transfers.
- Contribute to preparation of documents for financial processes.
- Perform reconciliations under guidance.
- Support vendor payment processing.
- Assist with organizing Treasury related records and documents.
- Prepare reports for internal treasury review.
- Help track investment activity and update records.
- Contribute to investigation of variances.
- Support creation and management of investment portfolio models and analysis.
- Contribute to investment performance reporting. Assist with daily investment management processes.
- Assist with resolution of investment activity discrepancies.
- Provide backup to Treasury staff for tasks as needed.
Skills

- 1 to 10 years’ relevant experience in finance or accounting.

- Exposure to financial concepts through coursework, internships, or prior work experience preferred.
Work Environment:
- Professional office environment.
- Regular use of standard office equipment.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Frequently move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly.
- Occasional filing would require the ability to frequently move files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
