Advanced Wealth & Tax Strategist
This role involves working with high net-worth clients to develop tailored investment, tax, and estate planning strategies. As an Advanced Wealth & Tax Strategist, you will leverage your technical expertise to guide clients through complex financial decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced sales consultation on case design by identifying client needs and developing strategies to meet their objectives.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner for financial advisors, clients, and their tax and legal partners.
- Offer client consultation for tax planning purposes and provide guidance on liquidity events.
- Contribute thought leadership for the company (internally and externally) by monitoring legislation and regulatory developments and modeling impacts of legislative proposals.
- Collaborate with internal Trust Officers to satisfy tax accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in the wealth management industry.
- 3 years of experience with advanced wealth planning and tax planning strategies, including estate and gift tax planning, fiduciary income tax issues, and trust administration for high net-worth clients.
- Strong relationships-building skills with a variety of internal and external associates.
