ABOUT : Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation (CEDAC) is a public-private community development financial institution that provides project financing and technical expertise for community-based and other non-profit organizations engaged in effective community development in Massachusetts. CEDAC’s work supports two key building blocks of community development : affordable housing and early care and education. CEDAC is also active in state and national housing preservation and supportive housing policy research and development and is widely recognized as a leader in the non-profit community development industry.
THE OPPORTUNITY : CEDAC is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven, hands-on and visionary Executive Director (ED) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and development. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and build partnerships to ensure the sustainability and success of the organization. This individual will be responsible for cultivating partnerships, managing staff, and serving as the public face of the organization. The Executive Director plays a critical role in organizational leadership, maintaining external relationships, and public policy activity; and is also directly involved in oversight of the transactions executed and services delivered by the CEDAC team.
Salary : The salary range for this role is $210,000 – 245,000 with a generous benefits package.
