The work includes legal counseling and analysis; representation of the MWRA in litigation before state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and grievance arbitrations; legal research; collective bargaining; drafting memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents; and supervising legal support staff.The position requires a bachelor’s degree, a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, and an understanding of labor and employment law acquired by at least three (3) to six (6) years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the public sector.
