As a Sales Professional at Massage Envy Indian Trail, you will play a vital role in promoting our wellness services and building lasting relationships with clients. This position is essential for driving sales and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for at our location. The pay range included is base commission.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their wellness needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Drive sales through effective upselling techniques and product demonstrations.
- Maintain knowledge of all services offered and communicate benefits to clients.
- Ensure the retail area is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage financial transactions responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.
- Outreach to clients and members to promote services, enhancements and retail through phone and in-person.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a wellness or beauty environment.
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
