We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for our Roseville Fairway Location.

Qualified Candidates:
Must be 18 years or older
Experienced in Sales
Are critical thinkers with basic math, computer skills and the ability to multitask
Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
Are supporters of Total Body Care with a general knowledge of massage, stretch and skin care services
Prior Massage Envy Experience is a HUGE plus
Driven, motivated and a natural leader
Day-to-Day:
Assist in training and onboarding Team members, ensuring they have a strong understanding of their job requirements
Assist in misc. tasks assigned by General Manager, Regional Director, and/or Franchise Owners
Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
Basic clinic upkeep including but not limited to dusting, emptying trash receptacles, wiping down frequently touched area, and maintaining general cleanliness in bathrooms, common areas, and breakroom
Other Important Info
$20 per hour starting with an opportunity to increase up to $22 after 90 days if sales, leadership, and reliability expectations are being met.
This position requires SALES experience. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with Sales.
