As assistant manager in our Kennewick clinic, you would lead the way to an amazing experience for members and guests along with building a high-achieving team. Qualifications/Skills:
Commission-based Sales experience (preferred)
Customer Service experience (preferred)
Customer Retention skills
Leadership qualities that allow you to leave a team of sales associates and service providers
Communication skills - you will be expected to communicate regularly with both your staff and your regional director about how the clinic is performing
Teamwork - working with the manager of the Kennewick clinic to achieve the goals weekly
