Qualified Candidates:
- Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required

Day-to-Day:
- Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, etc.
- Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performance
- Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly
- Develop positive relationships and build confidence with employees, members, and guests
Retention Specialist Top Responsibilities:
- Creating and completing payment arrangements with clients
- Full knowledge of payment plan guidelines
- Assist in coaching the sales process daily with sales associates and managers and ensuring customer service professionalism
- Understanding of why we cure accounts instead of cancellation
- Follow suspended accounts processing guidelines
- Making phone calls
- Sending notice letters
- Payment plans
- Follow Freeze Plus processing guidelines
- Updating client accounts
- Clinic loss prevention
- Proper note-taking/account documentation
- Proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of find, history, and account review in Meevo
- Reviews reports daily, weekly, and monthly to assess progress
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking (out-of-the-box creativity while maintaining Massage Envy brand and business model)
- Complete knowledge of forms and reports
- Greet guests and members with service, customer service, and brand excellence
- Travel to other locations ( Augusta, GA) to aid in clinic operation
Training Coordinator Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Training new hires on Meevo, opening, and closing procedures
- Mastering the Massage Envy Sales process, becoming the expert in implementing and demonstrating the sales process
- Conducting sales training, working with the FDAs on managing the sales process, adhering to the Massage Envy script, and maximizing sales closing opportunities
- Organize and conduct monthly "bootcamp" training sessions for new Sales Associates and underperformers
- Works with management on implementation of new customer service initiatives
- Travel to other locations (Augusta, GA) to aid in training processes
