• MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF PROFESSIONAL ESTHETICIAN EXPERIENCE
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE SUNDAY SHIFT EVERY OTHER WEEK, WITH FLEXIBILITY IN OTHER WEEKLY SHIFTS

Perks & Pay:

• A built-in and established client base that is always growing because clients consistently invest in their own wellness.

• A healthy compensation plan: Up to $50,000 for full-time (25 sessions/week) or up to $40,000 for part-time (20 sessions/week), based on base pay and average cash tips.

• Performance Bonus, paid twice annually:  Up to an additional 5% paid per service hour for estheticians working a minimum of 20 hours/week.

Qualified Candidates*:

• Minimum of ONE YEAR PROFESSIONAL ESTHETICIAN EXPERIENCE & MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A SUNDAY SHIFT EVERY OTHER WEEK, with flexibility with other weekly shifts
• Have a minimum of 300 hours of skincare education
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Massachusetts  
• Have a passion for helping others look and feel their best
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments
• Recommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
