Job Summary
Massage Envy is seeking a dynamic certified, licensed, or degree fitness professional with experience in either assisted stretching, therapeutic massage, personal training, and one-on-one client experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to train and work in the modality of assisted stretching that is taking the wellness and fitness industries by storm, promoting better flexibility, range of motion, and stress/pain relief.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one customizable assisted stretch sessions.
- Assess each clients' bodies, needs and discuss outcome goals with the client.
- Be able to discuss, recommend, and help promote future visits and membership options with clients
- Encourage and motivate members to set and achieve mobility goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a high-end experience to every client
- Build membership and retain current members through sales and outreach to leads
- Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments
- Ensure the safety of members in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce Massage Envy policies and safety rules.
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
- Complete client notes in a timely manner
- Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for member use at any given time.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
