Guest Service / Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Sell Memberships, Gift Cards, and Retail Product
- Educating guests on Massage Envy’s programs, offers, promotions
- Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
- Manage the flow of members and guests in and out of the location
- Managing the reservation book
- Opening and closing the location
Guest Service / Sales Associate Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in retail or customer service preferred, not required
- Candidates must have the ability to maintain relationships with existing members
- Portray a positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Enjoys working in a goal oriented, fun, working environment
- Ability to work flexible days and hours.
- Have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every weekend
Work Location: In person
