What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Sales Associate position at Massage Envy?
We are looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate for our Orange Hills, Orange Town & Country, Irvine Woodbury, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach locations to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and handle all aspects of their experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage appointment book
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and appointment dates)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about our location and service offerings
- Promote our Wellness Program to first time guests.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours
- Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds
