What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Sales Associate position at Massage Envy?
Massage Envy Downey is hiring bubbly and responsible Front Desk Sales Associates who can perform daily tasks such as making phone calls, greeting customers, keeping up with the cleanliness of the clinic, making sales goals and building relationships with clients.
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY :
Tuesday and Thursday : 8 : 30AM to 2PM.
Saturday and Sunday : 10AM - 6PM.
Some daily tasks include :
Promptly and professionally answer the phone.
Effectively and efficiently books appointments.
Greets guests and members as they enter the clinic with a SMILE
Efficiently and effectively checks members in and out for appointments.
Presents Membership Plans to all potential clients : talk to clients to understand their needs, upsell and cross-sell plans that benefit their wellness or beauty goals.
