Starting off as a sales associate you will be both the first and final impression of our guest experience. Commission Structure:
Monthly commission:
- 1-4 memberships: $5 per membership
- 5-11 memberships: $10 per membership
- 12-19 memberships: $20 per membership
- 20 memberships: $30 per membership
Additional bi-weekly commission:
- Sell 5 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked
- Sell 10 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked
