Massage Envy [Waldwick, Closter, and Edgewater] is looking for a Front Desk Associate who enjoys helping others feel their best. This is a fast-paced, customer-service role where attention to detail and a positive teamwork attitude are essential.
We’re seeking self-starters who are outgoing and enjoy building relationships with customers—recommending and matching services and product offerings to their needs. As part of Massage Envy, you'll work in a culture of self-care and care for others, contributing to a growing wellness community in the body and skin care industry.

Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
Requirements:
- Sales and customer service experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Evening & weekend availability
- Dependable & able to attend scheduled shifts
- Excellent customer service
- Able to perform general cleaning tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
