Responsibilities:
🔹 Deliver high-quality massage therapy services to clients🔹 Coach and mentor other massage therapists to enhance skills🔹 Lead by example in promoting upgrades, memberships, and retail sales🔹 Conduct training sessions to improve service excellence🔹 Collaborate with management to achieve business goals
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in North Carolina✔️ 3 years of hands-on experience (preferred)✔️ Strong knowledge of various massage techniques✔️ Passion for mentorship, sales, and client care✔️ A positive leader who motivates and uplifts the team
