Licensed Massage Therapist 

 Full Time (25 Scheduled Hours Per Week)

 All of our massages are highly customized to the needs and wishes of each guest.  

Be fully booked your first day and every day.  Massage Envy therapists establish their own schedule including as many breaks as they need.

Hourly wage is based on the therapist’ experience and $4 to $6 extra per hour for added enhancements.  Receive high gratuities because we manage the process.  Each therapist offers the modalities he/she is trained to provide and is comfortable performing.

Performance bases Quarterly Raises, earn up to $2. more per hour per year

GENERAL

Massage Envy is a therapeutic massage clinic located in South Portland.  Massage Envy is also the nation’s #1 provider of skin care services.

Our membership program brings approximately 1,200 regular clients in for services an average of once a month.  This keeps us busy all the time.  Unlike many other Maine businesses, we are not the slightest bit seasonal.  Our therapists therefore enjoy a steady income making it easier to manage their regular expenses.

Massage Envy does a great deal of advertising so therapists do not need to do any personal marketing so therapist do not need to do any personal marketing in order to be a busy as they wish.  Therapists also do not pay for any operating expenses.

Our therapists establish their own schedule and can operate a private practice in addition to working with us.  We operate much like a doctor’s office.  We have other employees who do all our services except the massages, Therapeutic Stretch or facials and treatment room maintenance.

• Access to Group Health and Dental Insurance available to full-timers (25 hours/week). Company pays ½ the cost)
• All employees have paid vacation time
• Paid Personal days (Full-time 25 hours/week)
• All our staff are employees so we take care of all tax forms etc.
• All our employees have free access to licensed councilors any time of the day or night, 7days a week, 365 days a year. Councilors provide assistance with a wide range of personal challenges
• Our dedicated Front Desk Team handles all the scheduling and payments.
