Massage Envy Grand Junction has been open since July 15, 2022.  In our first year, we are proud to have grown our member base as well as serve new clients on a daily basis.  We are filling the need for affordable and high quality massage and skin care services on the Western Slope.  Our clinic environment is warm, welcoming and all about caring for our client's wellness needs.  We will support and inspire you to be your best inside and outside the treatment room.

Compensation Package:

Massage Envy Grand Junction provides a unique compensation plan based on the candidate's experience, work history, certifications and modalities.  We reward loyalty, hard work and reliability.  We also reward therapists who continue to develop their skills to provide additional services, such as total body stretch, cupping, hot stone and prenatal services.  

 

Below is an example of how much a newly licensed massage therapist could earn based on a sixty-minute massage service.  Our starting base rate is based on years of experience, modalities and other qualifications.  Experienced therapists may receive a higher base rate.  Compensation includes the following:

• Base hourly rate per service.
• Tips from Clients.
• Enhancement bonuses for aromatherapy, enhanced muscle therapy, hot stone, cupping and CBD and others.
• Free 60-minute service, choose from a massage, skin care or stretch session each month.
• There may be other bonuses available based on clinic performance and attaining goals.
• Compensation is reviewed after 90 days to evaluate therapist performance.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Grand Junction, Colorado.
• Have a passion for helping others feel their best.
• Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room.
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery.

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.

Salary

Hourly rate ranges from $41.00 to $60.00 per service hour. This is based on clinic base hourly service rate, tips, bonuses and commissions
