The Clinic Manager's main focus is to lead the team in reaching goals in all aspects of the business, while ensuring that the daily operations are being executed to expectation.

What we are looking for:
- Clinic Manager operationally responsible in all aspects of clinic management.
- Coach and mentor the front desk team, as well as service providers.
- Educate new guests on the Wellness Program
- Meet and/or exceed weekly sales goals
- Schedule guests with the appropriate Service Provider
- Ensure the clinic is in compliance with all state, local and corporate laws, rules and policies
- Ensure all guests are treated with respect and kindness at all times, receiving excellence in customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work some nights and weekends as needed by the clinic
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
