Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
- Recommend and sell our services, enhancements, and home maintenance products to clients based on their needs
- Use your knowledge of the wellness space to help clients select the services and products that will best meet their needs
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up with clients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in the wellness space preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent
