Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Membership Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. You will leverage your skills in account management, technology sales, and outside sales to engage potential members, conduct product demos, and analyze market trends. This position requires a proactive approach to cold calling and territory sales, ensuring that our membership offerings are communicated clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective members through effective outreach strategies.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule product demos.
- Analyze member needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities within assigned territories.
- Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of membership.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce for reporting purposes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our membership services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in technology sales or related fields.
- Strong skills in cold calling, with a track record of successfully generating leads.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
