Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Massage Heights - Newport Beach in Newport Beach, CA. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment when the Manager is not working. Be available for some PM and a weekend shift. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will assist in marketing initiatives, staff training, and administrative tasks.
