Massage Heights The Woodlands is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Spa Sales Associates. As a dynamic and upbeat team member, youll engage with customers to create an exceptional experience that boosts our business. In this role, youll be responsible for driving sales and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction within a fast-paced, professional spa environmentall while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude!
Duties and Responsibilities :
Deliver outstanding service to members and guests by professionally answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, warmly greeting individuals upon arrival, and assisting with check-out procedures
Promote and sell memberships, elevation packages, retail products, and gift cards, while actively identifying opportunities to upsell additional services to guests
Support the upkeep of cleanliness and organization in therapy rooms, common areas, and the merchandising section
Requirements :
Confidently recommend and sell memberships and retail products, ensuring that each guest is aware of the full range of services we offer
Maintain a friendly, upbeat attitude at all times, prioritizing customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming environment for all
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with both members and guests to ensure clarity and a positive experience
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to a dynamic team atmosphere while providing exceptional service
Compensation and Benefits :
Guaranteed $15 hourly pay, with the opportunity to earn additional monthly commissions based on performance and goal achievement
