- 6–8-hour shifts
- Full-time position
- Required 1 weekend shift
- Days and evening shifts available
- Customize massage services for each guest
- Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy
- Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Train and mentor massage therapist on protocols and service enhancements
- Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals
- Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
- Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
- Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists
- Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior
- Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management
- Current state license to perform massage therapy
- Experience as a massage therapist 3 years or longer
- Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
- Pass background checks
- Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services
- Capable of training and mentoring individuals
- Excellent at guest communication
- Proven leadership skills
