Your Role:
As a Wellness Consultant, you'll be the heart and soul of our retreat's guest experience. Your role will involve:
- Creating Welcoming Experiences: Greet guests warmly and make them feel at ease from the moment they step into our retreat.
- Tailoring Wellness Journeys: Listen to guests' needs and guide them through our services and memberships, helping them choose options that best fit their wellness goals.
- Building Relationships: Develop lasting connections with guests, making them feel valued and understood.
- Promoting a Wellness Lifestyle: Encourage guests to embrace a more balanced lifestyle through regular massage and skin therapy, explaining the benefits of our membership model.
- Achieving Goals: Contribute to the retreat's success by meeting or exceeding personal and team sales targets.
