As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing staff, inventory, and administrative tasks to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times.
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while adhering to budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle bookings, cancellations, and client communications effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a spa or similar environment is preferred or /hospitality, retail management and/or cosmetics sales/management position.
- Strong background in store management with proven skills in budgeting and financial oversight.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including scheduling, record keeping, and inventory management.
- Strong math skills for managing budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during client interactions.
