- Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
- Promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines.
- Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.
- Signing clients on month to month program by offering best plan that suits their needs and is the best value for them.
- Upholding Spa standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and other team members.
- Generate new clientele through grassroots sales and marketing skills.
- Must be able to maintain strong work ethics, a consistent pleasant, professional attitude and demeanor.
- Must be goal oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff members.
- Sales or customer service experience in a Massage Spa is highly preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
