Preferred Qualifications:
-Sales experience (Membership sales is a plus!)
-1-2 Years in a Management Position

Our qualified management professionals are responsible for:
- Day to day spa operations
- Working directly with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Creating a consistent sales performance of 40% or higher
- Scheduling appointments and educating clients on our services
- Help assist the general manager with day to day functions
- Interview, hire, train and retain talented sales associates, estheticians and massage therapists
- Maintain staff
- Promote the spa and the MassageLuXe Brand
- Track, maintain and order supplies for the spa
- Handle and resolve customer and employee issues
- Write and perform performance reviews
- Verify compliance with all labor and employment laws and MassageLuXe policies
- Investigate safety incidents and make corrections
- Maintain spa cleanliness
- Complete daily Manager checklist
- Hit all goals/targets for your spa
