Front Desk Sales and Customer Service Associate
Who is MassageLuXe?
MassageLuXe Wentzville is looking for qualified and passionate Front Desk Associate who share in our passion to provide an experience that supports and encourages health, wellbeing, and quality of life. We welcome both part-time and full-time Front Desk Associates. You can have it all with MassageLuXe!
You will be joining a team of professionals who are driven to help our clients feel their very best. We empower our team to use their abilities and strengths while we focus on bringing in new clients as well as maintaining a consistent client base. We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. We are looking for someone who is committed to focusing on and excelling in the following duties for this entry level role:
- Greeting and warmly welcoming our clients.
- Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
- Promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines.
- Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.
- Signing clients on as members by providing them with the program that suits their needs and that is the best value for them.
- Upholding MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and other team members.
- Generate new clientele through grassroots marketing promoting.
Are you qualified?
- Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional attitude and demeanor.
- Must be goal oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff members.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
