The Position outlined below is for a Spa that is individually owned and operated by an independent franchisee. If you are hired for this posting, the franchisee will be your employer and is responsible for the terms of your employment.

For your first 90 days, we will pay you if you are on the schedule to work, but don't have a guest scheduled. This gives you the security you need to take care of yourself and also gives you time to build your client base.

Qualifications:
MassageLuXe Fort Mill is seeking SC Licensed Massage Therapists who share in our passion to provide an experience which supports and encourages health, wellbeing, and quality of life. We welcome both part-time and full-time massage therapists with experience as well as new graduates. Seeking people who are committed to building client loyalty, have a positive attitude, can commit to their agreed upon work schedule, and provide a safe Spa environment for all clients and team members. Applicants MUST possess a valid Massage Therapist License issued by the state of South Carolina and are required to keep the license current and in good standing throughout their employment. Candidates are also required to keep liability insurance for the duration of their employment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform consecutive 50, 80, or 110 minute hands-on quality massage therapy sessions
• Design specific sessions based on the client's individual needs
• Promote massage therapy benefits for clients receiving sessions on a regular basis
• Create an excellent, safe, experience for all clients through a friendly and professional attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting grassroots marketing
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and other related areas
• Complete accurate and detailed S.O.A.P notes daily
• Follow all sanitation and room setup protocols
• Must adhere to all local and state massage therapy licensing laws and regulations
• Must provide original copy of massage therapy license
• Must provide proof of liability insurance
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage required
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred, but not required
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management and front desk staff
• Treat all clients and team members with respect and ensure all clients have a safe Spa experience
