Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Spa Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, with the ability to manage a diverse team while maintaining a positive shopping environment.
Duties
- Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and Staffing strategies.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and resolve any issues or inquiries.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in the hiring process and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store goals.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organization of merchandise displays.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with wireless sales or technology products is advantageous but not required.
- Proven ability to manage inventory processes and understand retail operations.
