What You’ll Do:
- Greet and warmly welcome every guest
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Promote and sell memberships, packages, and retail products
- Answer phone calls, book appointments, and handle client inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby areas
- Make follow-up calls, conduct lead calls, and assist with marketing efforts
- Resolve guest concerns with grace and professionalism
- Represent the MassageLuXe brand with pride and positivity
