Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise spa staff, ensuring that all team members deliver outstanding service to clients.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
- Handle payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills and improve service quality.
- Maintain organized records of client appointments, payments, and employee schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role within a spa or similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in inventory management and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems is essential for effective transaction management.
- Previous experience in training development is preferred to enhance team performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
