Job Summary
Utilizing a high level of customer service, the ideal candidate will inspire staff to create remarkable experiences for resort owners and guests. Ideal candidates will adhere to and maintain established quality standards for activities programming, cultivate unique and exciting activities that engage our owner base and build lasting vacation memories. The Activities Supervisor is the direct link between front line staff and the Activities management team.
Required
Excellent customer service skills and the desire to make genuine connections with resort owners and guests
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and general database applications
1 years of industry related experience
Valid driver's license and approved driving record
CPR Certified (training available)
Must be at least 21 years of age
Preferred
Knowledge of VA ABC law and regulations

Varies, including weekends and holidays

Varies, mornings and evenings
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team that focuses on creating remarkable experiences
- Perform the set-up, facilitating of, and tearing-down various activities and events
- Solicit, review, and respond to direct participant feedback to ensure programs are well received and of the highest quality
- Maintain an inventory database
- Research, develop, and implement creative programs that excites resort visitors
- Other duties as assigned by management
