Job Description
The Administrative assistant primary functions are to assist the building maintenance operations management team with all administrative duties including meeting preparations, payroll, inventory control, month-end reporting, pricing, and other office functions. The ideal candidate will work independently and/or in groups setting and maintain confidential information. Must have office experience, able to multi-task, good team player, Microsoft programs knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Preferred skills include but are not limited to inventory control, basic resort knowledge and operations.
Requirements:
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft word and excel)
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18 or older
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization skills

Days: Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
